The leather holster was original made for a US Army Indian Scout and was bought directly from the grandson of the original Native American owner. The piece was picked up from the Battle of Little Bighorn by a Montana Sioux Native American. The Indian then applied the rattle snake skin and 10 silver hand worked conchos. This has wonderful craftsmanship all done by the Sioux Native American. This was then handed down the family until it was sold by the grandson to the current owner. This is a fantastic piece and is from one of the most historic battles of the west. This also features a hand made knife with copper and antler handle also made by the Montana Sioux Indian. (This item does not sell with any paper work on the story and is sold as-is).
