Sioux Beaded Child's Doll 19th Century
This is a wonderful original authentic beaded child’s doll from the late 19th Century Sioux Native American Indians. The piece shows an Indian tanned buckskin fringed and beaded clothed doll with real human hair. The doll is in very well preserved excellent museum quality condition with minor war from age and use. The piece shows original early glass trade seed beads that are sinew sewn and show chalk white, sky padre blue, green, and red colors. Authentic original beaded Plains Indian dolls are extremely rare and increasingly valuable. A similar Plains Indian beaded doll sold at the March 25, 2017 Turkey Creek Auction for over $8,000 with premium. The doll measures 14 inches in length.
