For your bidding consideration in this lot is a Sioux Native American Indian, Beaded Awl Carry Case including its original Bone Awl. The case displays excellent polychrome glass seed trade beads, featuring almost all colors of the rainbow! with blues, red, pink, yellow, and white. Accentuating down from the bottom of the case is long cut hide fringe with six rolled tin jingle cones. The bone awl is a traditional tool used to punch holes in leather. It is scarcely seen to have the original awl with its carrying case, this one in particular has lost its sharp edge from heavy use. The awl and carrying case display good condition, with almost no bead loss. The awl carry case measures 24 1/2" long with the length of fringe at the bottom and the carry strap atop, it is 1 1/2" at its widest.
