Single Shot percussion pistol marked “Deringer, Philadel a” on the top of the frame and in the middle of the lock plate with period agent’s mark “Wolf & Durringer, Louis e, KY, Agents” on top flat of barrel,.41 cal., 2-3/4” barrel, brown finish, seven groove rifling, checkered wood stock. This desirable Kentucky Agent marked gun is in overall very good condition with “P” proof on left side flat of barrel, silver banded atbreech, good action, sharp markings, very good wood; engraving on lockplate, hammer, bolster and mounts; a really nice Deringer.
