In part: “Be advised that your employment by this corporation has been terminated effective immediately; and you should govern yourself accordingly.”; and a two-page DS, 8.5 x 11, dated April 25, 1958, signed twice by Waronker. Minutes of a Special meeting of the Board of Directors of Liberty Records Sales Corporation electing officers. In very good condition, with light creasing to both, and staple, punch holes, and toning to document.
