For sale is an OUTSTANDING! oval silver bowl. There are no markings on it at all, but you can easily see the quality. The size is 10 1/2" x 7 1/2" x 1 3/4". The side is scalloped with a wreath design engraved in each scallop. The bottom of the bowl is hammered and has a fabulous repousse fruit pattern with all sorts of fruit----pineapple, melon, citrus, peach, pear, grapes----leaves and a few flowers. I am showing a photo of the back side for you to see the depth of the repousse. It is in excellent vintage condition with no dings, dents, etc. The piece is bright and shiny. The photograph makes it look dark. This piece came from the estate of a very noted Nashville family---the Warners, who donated acreage to the city for parks. "Edwin and Percy Warner Parks, collectively known as 'The Warner Parks', are managed by the Metropolitan Board of Parks and Recreation of Nashville and Davidson County. The Warner Parks are the largest municipally administered parks in Tennessee and together span 2684 acres of forest and field, 9 miles from downtown Nashville."----from Nashville official website. US SHIPPING INCLUDES DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. <p>
