JO Seymour & Co. printer. One pin hole dead center. No edge, corner or discoloration issues. This company was incorporated in 1865 (in all likelihood). There is an annual report printed in the New York Times in 1866. The report confirms this company was located in Austin. IT also confirms Stevenson and Hitchcock.
