Post-Mauryan, Tribal, Kuninda Dynasty, Amoghbuti (200 BC), Silver Drachma, “Swastika- Distinctive Lotus” type, Obv: a deer standing to the right with a square-shaped vase above its back, an early Srivatsa symbol between its horns, a Swastika below the deer, goddess Lakshmi standing on a double headed lotus on the right field in front of the deer, facing forward, and holds a lotus flower with an upraised right hand, the Brahmi legend "Rajnah Kunimdasya Amoghbhutisya Maharajasya" (Great king Amoghbhuti, of The Kunindas) around the field, Rev: a centrally placed six-arched hill (chaitya) with parasol, a wavy river line below and a Nandipada (Triratna) above, a Swastika above an Indradhvaja with a split arm on the left field and a tree within railings on the right, the Kharoshthi legend "Rana Kunindasa Amoghbutisa Maharajasa" (Great king Amogh, of the Kunindas) around the field, 2.3g, 17.31mm, (Unlisted type), almost complete details on both the sides, choice quality, about extremely fine, Very Rare.
Note: This variant is distinguished by the goddess standing on a distinctive lotus on obverse and a Swastika below the deer.
