Page one, dated July 1, 1936, features signatures of stage luminary Katharine Cornell, director George Cukor, the legendary Tallulah Bankhead (simply signed "Tallulah"), and actor Richard Cromwell ("Dick Cromwell"). The second page, dated May 25 (no year), bears the signatures of the celebrated Noel Coward, dapper star Douglas Fairbanks Jr., and clotheshorse leading man Adolphe Menjou.
