Up for bidding in this lot is a Navajo Native American Indian, sterling silver, double bear claw, and turquoise squash blossom necklace. The squash naja pendant is draped off of a fantastic ten-strand liquid silver chain, which is capped with spring ring clasp aglets. The naja pendant shows a squash blossom style, with two 1 1/4" bear claws, symmetrically framing four excellent nuggets of sleeping beauty turquoise. The pendant also boasts simple sterling silver beads, and hand etching. The piece is signed on the back with "A. BANE", as well as "Sterling", indicating its silver purity. The necklace displays good condition, with tightly set stones, and a warm silver patina. The necklace measures approximately 17" long from the top of the clasp to the bottom of the squash naja. The pendant is 2" wide, and 2 1/4" tall.
