Dust jacket is good with considerable wear, tears and paper loss.<BR><BR>After leaving the White House in 1933, Herbert Hoover worked tirelessly on one literary project after another, at one point keeping four desks-one for each book he was writing-in his office at the Waldorf-Astoria Towers in New York City. <I>The Great Depression </B></I>is the third volume of his memoirs.
