Ettore "Ted" DeGrazia (1909-1982), described as "the world's most reproduced artist", is known for his colorful images of Native American children of the American Southwest and other Western scenes. He had a lifelong appreciation of native cultures in the Sonoran Desert, living many years in Tucson, Arizona where his gallery is still located, DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun. The gallery has been listed on the National Historic Registry as a historic district. From 1960 into the 1970s, he became wildly successful and the gallery flourished with hundreds of thousands of yearly visitors. Each miniature is hand signed at the bottom right corner. The miniatures are in nice condition, the double matted gold gilt foil wood frame is also in nice condition with slight scuffing observed on edges. Each miniature measures 3"W x 4.5"L, frame is 13.75"W x 16.75"L x .5"D.
