Untranslated document regarding conditions of a subscription concerning electrical equipment and hook-ups, signed in the lower left in blue ballpoint, “en et approve, Sidney Bechet.” In very good condition, with uniform toning, punch holes to vertical edges, some scattered light soiling, and several small notations.
