The Sibley Bridge Company was incorporated in 1887 and ran just over 3/4 of a mile. The bridge, originally built by the Union Bridge Company in 1887 and 1888, was sold to the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company in June of 1890. 1884, Missouri. Stock certificate for one share. Black / White. Vignette of a locomotive at top center. Blind embossed company seal. Pen, punch and stamp cancelled.
