<B>"Siamese Twins" Eng and Chang Bunker Signed Photograph.</B></I> Carte de Visite inscribed "<I>Eng & Chang</B></I>" on lower margin, no backmark. Minimal soiling with sharp corners. Fine condition. Hailing from present-day Thailand, Chang and Eng (1811-1874) were joined at the chest from birth. They traveled the lucrative show circuit extensively during their youth, eventually settling in western North Carolina. There the twins married sisters, prospered and raised twenty-one children.
