Shrewsbury & Welshpool Joint Railway (LNW & GW) small LNWR pattern station wall lamp with an etched blue name tablet "PONTESBURY". With a vessel stamped "GWR Swindon"; brass burner; and non-original glass funnel. 17" tall. Note Pontesbury station, on the Minsterley Branch from Shrewsbury, opened in 1861 and closed in 1951.
