Circa 1979 original 22 x 23 promotional poster for New Jersey punk band Shrapnel and their debut single ‘Combat Love,’ which features a large central image of the band below text, “Shrapnel, Commandos of Rock ‘N Roll,” with the lower portion bearing a blank ‘The Concert’ section and an image of the single’s front cover. Rolled and in very good to fine condition, with creasing, some paper loss and tears to the edges, and intersecting folds as issued. The single ‘Combat Love’ features background vocals by Joey Ramone. Shrapnel was fronted by a young Dave Wyndorf, who later founded stoner rock pioneers Monster Magnet.
