Lock, the lighthouse keeper at Portsmouth Harbor, in full: "Herewith I return your account of shipwrecks, with blanks by the same mail for making such reports, and request that you fill up the blanks—as directed, & forward them to this office, or rather two of them. Enter these blanks on your annual returns." In fine condition.
