Of squat form, the Jar has most of the original "Sung Brown" glaze on its upper part, a small mouth and nice encrustation from the sea. Found in southern Palawan bordering on the South China Sea, it is 4-1/4" across by 2-1/2" tall. Trace of roughness on lip otherwise perfect and a nice "looker".12th-13th C.
