Sheffield dagger, approx. 9-1/2” overall, 5-3/8” double edge dagger blade with median ridge. The ricasso is stamped Alexander Sheffield. On the reverse trademark “N. [Shield] Y.” The blade shows good edges with a full tip, slight discoloration overall. The hilt shows stag scales with four German silver pins, German silver escutcheon and integral cast German silver cast crossguard and ferrule. No sheath. Hugh Hayes Collection. Est: $250 - $500
