Sharps New Model 1863 conversion carbine, .50 cal., 22” barrel, blue and case hardened finish, wood stocks, #C29289. This gun is in overall excellent condition showing approx. 95% original blue on barrel and approx. 90% case colors on receiver and strong traces of color on the butt plate; very good bore, crisp action and markings, very good wood with some scattered nicks and mars from carry and storage, company or rack #24 stamped on top of receiver and on a brass disc attached to the top rear portion of the butt stock.
