<BR>I - Descriptions and Illustrations
<BR>Bolaffi Ambassador Auctions guarantees the authenticity of each lot offered in this catalogue, without hidden defects unless otherwise stated. Any indication in terms of quality is not to be considered binding.

<BR>2 - Catalogue References
<BR>Classifications refer to the catalogues indicated at pag. 3 of the present catalogue. Other references are specifically quoted.
<BR>
<BR>3 - Bidding
<BR>The present catalogue provides the auction starting price, expressed in euro, at the end of each description. No bids will be accepted for any lot below its starting price. No «without limit» bids, or «upon examination» bids or bids which combine two or more lots will be accepted.
<BR>In case of higher absentee bids, the starting price will be calculated on the last but one bid, plus 10% (for example: a lot has a starting price of 50,00 e. In case of three absentee bids -
<BR>60,00 e, 75,00 e, 100,00 e - the starting price will be at the most 85,00 e).
<BR>In case of equal absentee bids, the lot will be knocked down to the first bid received. Bolaffi Ambassador Auctions is not responsible for mistakes in filling written bids.
<BR>The auctioneer shall have the right at his absolute discretion to refuse any bid, to advance the bidding as he thinks fit (minimum advance 10 e), to withdraw or divide any lot and to combine any two or more lots.
<BR>Bolaffi Ambassador Auctions is not responsible for any problem occourring during or before phone bids.
<BR>
<BR>4 - Purchase price
<BR>The Buyer shall pay a premium of 20% of the Hammer Price (the price at which a lot is knocked down) V.A.T. included.
<BR>
<BR>5 - Payment
<BR>Upon sale of a lot, the Buyer shall at once pay to Bolaffi Ambassador Auctions the Purchase Price, if present in the sale-room, and within seven days from receipt of the invoice, if bidder is absent.
<BR>Bolaffi Ambassador Auctions reserves the right to impose a late charge of 1% per month of the total Purchase Price if payment is not made in accordance with these conditions.
<BR>If the Buyer fails to pay for any purchased lot within 30 days after receipt of the invoice, Bolaffi Ambassador Auctions shall, without further notice to the Buyer and at its absolute discretion, be
<BR>entitled to rescind the sale of that or any other lot sold to the Buyer at the same or at any other auction, in addition to other remedies available by law.
<BR>Any delay in payment must be agreed and granted, at Bolaffi Ambassador Auctions absolute discretion, prior to the sale.
<BR>
<BR>6 - Forwarding of lots
<BR>Upon request and when payment has been made in full by the Buyer, Bolaffi Ambassador Auctions shall have the lots packed and forwarded to the Buyer at his risk and expense. Buyers from abroad have also to pay duty and export taxes.
<BR>
<BR>7 - Extensions
<BR>The auctioneer shall have the right at his absolute discretion to accept or refuse any request for certifications of authenticity during the sale.
<BR>Buyers of lots to be certified must make payment in full immediately upon purchase, in accordance with paragraph 5 hereof.
<BR>
<BR>8 - Claims
<BR>Any claim of any kind must be made promptly by the Buyers attending the sale or within 10 days after the forwarding of the purchased lots by absentee bidders.
<BR>Claims shall be accepted only if the purchased lot is certified as not authentic by two well-known experts, or in case the lot does not conform to its description.
<BR>
<BR>Claims shall be refused:
<BR>a) in case of any collection or mixed lots of any kind;
<BR>b) in case of any lot indicated as faulty or said to be of «mixed quality»;
<BR>c) in case of any lot of coins not described individually;
<BR>d) in case of any lot specifically described as «da esaminare»;
<BR>
<BR>By bidding at auction, whether present in person or through an agent, by written bid, telephone or other means, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Conditions of Sale.
<BR>
<BR>In case of dispute, the Law Courts of Torino shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
