Shang period standard pole end decorated with yellowish-cream jade tubular carving featuring a tao tieh mask. The second jade carving is an inset jade piece featuring sprouting rice grain pattern. The center inset jade piece is round and decorated with C-scrolls. 6 turquoise decorations are on each side. The shaft still has the interior plugged with the archaic wood pole haft. Size: 11.2 " X 3.1" (28.5 X 8 cm.).
