Shah Jahan II, Rafi ud-daula, Gold Mohur, 10.09g, Surat Mint, RY Ahd (KM 418.8). Very Fine+, Very Rare. Shah Jahan II that is Rafi ud- Daulah was one of several contenders who claimed the throne upon the death of Farrukhsiyar. He ruled as Mughal emperor for three months and twenty eight days only. His gold coins are all very rare, much rarer than those of Rafi ud-Darjat. Ref.: Asar-us-Sanadeed, Vol-1, p.246/47.
