Appendices. <BR><BR>Publisher's dark green cloth covers with blind-stamped single rule border and central gilt illustration on the front cover. Spine double ruled and lettered in gilt. Remnants of book plate on front pastedown endpaper. Slight tear to front joint, slight fraying to foot of spine, bumped corners, slightly rubbed front cover.
