Seymour Chwast Signed Print Groucho Pablo Garbo Satchmo
This is a set of four large prints by the highly influential graphic artist Seymour Chwast. These are all from his "O" Series, in which every subject's name ends in the letter "o." There are four great O's represented here. There is comedic genius Grouho Marx, with a playful trail of smoke from his cigar spelling out his name. The lovely and mysterious Greta Garbo is here, in a cool shade of blue. Jazz legend Louis Armstrong takes on his nickname "Satchmo," along with his trumpet. Finally there is the father of modern art Pablo Picasso, portrayed as a Satyr, with horns and flute. Each has a well defined composition, with bold colors and shapes that strongly portray their personalities.
