Printed by Journal Company State Printers of Lincoln, Nebraska. The booklet contains a general description of Nebraska's attractive qualities for settlers as well as a more specific alphabetized list describing individual counties. Contains a large fold-out sectional map of the state illustrating its county lines with highlighted railroad routes. Paper binding, 10 pages plus map. Large stain at top of cover/pages as well as some tearing of spine. Some tearing at creases of map; see photos. 5.75"x8.75".
