All lots in this sale carry an 18 % buyer’s premium unless expressly noted otherwise, and all applicable sales or excise taxes are added to the hammer price plus premium. Online bids are executed instantly during the live auction; they cannot be retracted, and no on-screen confirmation is provided. When the sale ends, bid verification is conducted, and the highest verified bidder is deemed the purchaser. Successful bidders will receive email confirmation within 24 hours.
All property is offered strictly “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Catalogue descriptions and images are furnished as a guide only. No warranties—express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—are given, and no sale will be invalidated for errors or omissions in the listing. Prospective buyers are strongly encouraged to attend the in-person preview to satisfy themselves as to condition and completeness.
The auctioneer retains full discretion to refuse nominal bid advances, resolve bidding disputes (including re-offering the lot), withdraw any lot, or consolidate or divide lots at any time. Once a bid is accepted, 604 Auctions assumes no further liability; buyers are advised to arrange their own insurance immediately upon purchase.
Payment in full is required before any property is released. If the purchase price is not remitted within the prescribed period, the auctioneer may resell the lot without notice, and any shortfall—together with all commissions and expenses—will be borne by the original bidder. Removal, packing, and transport are exclusively the purchaser’s responsibility; proof of adequate insurance may be requested. Lots not collected within the stated timeframe will be considered abandoned and will revert to 604 Auctions. Should 604 Auctions be unable to deliver a purchased lot for any reason, its liability is limited to a refund of monies paid on that lot.
At the close of the auction, your registered credit card will be automatically charged within 12 hours, and an invoice emailed to you. Winning bids are legally binding contracts requiring payment of the hammer price, an 18% buyer's premium, and applicable British Columbia taxes (5% GST and 7% PST).
