Auction has a soft close beginning at 12pm on Sunday July 24, 2022. Please ensure you can pick up your items during the allotted pick up times.
Local pickup is available in Spruce Grove at 75D Shep Street Spruce Grove, AB. No shipping of fragile items or extremely heavy items such as furniture.
-Items must be picked up on July 25th or 26th from 10am-7pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
The items listed are sold 'as is, where is'. We can not guarantee the authenticity of our items. Please bid to your comfort level and do your research to ensure you know what you are bidding on. There are no refunds/returns.
-All items left after that time are subject to a $6 per day per item storage fee
-All items left for 21 days or longer are considered forfeited
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk.
Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.
