All packages will have a tracking number assigned to the package. Insurance is $3 per thousand with a minimum of $3 being charged on any package.

Payment must be made in full before shipping;
All successful bidders have entered into a contract and are obligated to pay for all successfully awarded items in full. All winning bidders paying by credit card and PAYPAL must pay within 48 hours upon the receipt of winning notification e-mail. Anyone paying by Bank Wire/Transfer will have two business days to complete the business transaction. A fee of $15 will be added to the bill for all Bank Wire/Transfers if you do not use TD Canada.

Please contact us after successfully winning an auction to request banking information. Credit Card payments and Paypal are accepted at a 3.0% premium to cover bank fees. A Purchaser's Buyers Fee of 15% for early viewing bids / phone bids / e-mail bids, and 18% for online bidders will be added to the Hammer Price. Appropriate Taxes will be added for all lots delivered in Canada. No taxes added if shipped to the USA. US Funds accepted at 1.5% under the posted rate on xe.com on the day of the auction. If there are no bids before the auction begins, auctions will start at 60~65% of the low estimate, 50~60% of the high estimate, or the reserve price. Advances are at the discretion of the auctioneer. In the event of identical bids, pre-viewing bids, phone or e-mail bids will take priority. We reserve the right to withdraw any lot prior to the sale. Lots are sold to the highest bidder indicated on our auction page through iCollector. No lots will be broken. This is not a Live Public Auction and hence there is no public forum. The auction will be conducted via the internet only between April 11th-13th, 2014
Bidding Procedures: Bids may be made in person before the auction, by e-mail info@apbullion.com or by telephone. Telephone bids are accepted upon approval at 1-506-440-5633. Phone bids will be accepted until 12 noon April 10th, 2014. No telephone bids will be accepted after that time. E-mail bids must also be received and approved by 5pm easter time the day before the 1st Day of the auction April 11th, 2014. Please contact us in advance to register as we will need to know payment and shipping details in advance. The auction will be conducted on iCollector.com and all phone and e-mail bids will be entered online by us. Our iCollector ID is signatureselect and Signature Select Auctions reserve the right to refuse bids deemed not in good faith. We are not responsible for bidder errors so please check your bids carefully. Bidding increments are at the discretion of the auctioneer, any uneven bids may not be accepted.
Grading Standards and Description: We have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that all the lots are as described by Signature Select Auctions. Many of the items are third party graded by PCGS, BCS, PMG, CCCS, ICCS. If you have an issue with the grade of a third party graded item purchased through this auction, DO NOT contact us, you would need to contact the third party grading service. No returns will be accepted on graded material. We guarantee all items to be genuine and we will refund anything that has been misrepresented by the cataloguers. All bids accepted during the viewing time are final, including those who choose to use an agent.
Internet buyers are entitled to a return within 3 days of receipt of items. In order to return an item, we must be notified of your intent to return within that three day period. We can be reached at 506-440-5633. Please leave a message if you are not able to get through. Items returned will be shipped at buyers expense. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price with a minimum charge of $10. Shipping charges are not refunded. Items must be returned in the same holder and condition as they were sold to qualify for refund.
Grading: Every person has their own opinion concerning grade. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine and grade to their own satisfaction before they bid. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. If there is an issue with a third party graded item buyers will need to contact the grading service company directly, not Signature Select Auctions.
Lot pick-up: If you wish to pick the items up in person at our office located in Fredericton, New Brunswick please contact us in advance. All items not picked up by April 16th will be shipped at the bidders expense. Shipping charges and insurance are described in detail in the Shipping Details section.

- No BUY bids or unlimited bids will be accepted.
- All lots shall be sold to the highest bidder as determined by the auctioneer.
- 15% buyer's fees will be added to each invoice for e-mail/phone/ or earlier viewing bidders.
- 18% buyer's fee will be added to each INTERNET bidders invoice.
All announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over printed matter.
