Features a fold-out diagram illustration, “Description of a new-invented Machine for steering Ships,” copper plate engraving with wonderful details, measuring 10” x 8.25”. Interesting views in this issue, published article, “A new-found Aquatic Animal described” is accompanied with an Engraved Print of said animal, “lately discovered by Mr. Rack.” Other articles include: “Conclusion of the Account of Dr. Fian the Sorcerer, and the Witches his Associates,” “An old Clock noticed,” “On the Contest between Mrs. Cowley and Mrs. More,” and more. The spine is separating and some pages loosening. Still an amazingly well-preserved specimen of this early magazine.
