DS, in Cyrillic, signed by Budyonny at the top of the third page, four pages on two adjoining sheets, 8.25 x 11.75, 1949. Issued in the Ukraine for the Head of the Kiev Suvorov Cadet Academy. In very good condition, with wrinkling, creasing, and edge tears, light toning, and a few small binding holes.
