In good condition!! There is minor wear on the corners of the covers But the upper half of the spine is torn away, the middle is loose and the lower 2" is torn away (came off after taking photo).



Pages and binding are tight. The are very clean. Pages are deckled. Inside cover says "To dear Jean (Siddall) for L.C.A. (?) Freelings".
