Produced between 1906 and 1910. this particular revolver was made for a gun club which is signified by the "0" prefix serial number. These revolvers were cased with cases made by various makers (not Smith & Wesson). Fixed sights, with the standard two line address/patent dates marked on top of the barrel, "22 S&W CTG." flanked by Maltese crosses on the left side and the S&W logo on the left side of the frame. Fitted with the pull-forward cylinder latch and checkered grips with S&W medallions. With a hardwood case, brass hinges and "B" shaped latch, red lining, 15-round cartridge block and a cleaning rod.

Condition: Very good as refinished, with 99% of the nickel finish remaining. A few light scratches are visible on the backstrap and butt, along with some light handling marks overall and a small area of light frosting on the left side of the frame. The grips are very good with a few minor dings and some re-cut checkering, which is still crisp. Case is very good, with some dings on the wood and wear on the lining. Mechanically excellent.
