<B>Second Issue 10¢ Experimental Face PCGS Gem New 65PPQ.</B></I> This is one of a small group of 10¢ Experimentals with an overly large bronze oval around the portrait of Washington. It appears as though it was made by printing the normal oval twice--one is a bit offset from the other. This is more easily seen from the embossing on the back. We have seen less than a half dozen of these over the years, and can't recall another with the double-printing as obvious or the grade so high.
