Full script for ''Blade Runner'', the hit film inspired by Phillip K. Dick's sci-fi novel ''Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?''. Harrison Ford stars in the landmark film set in a futuristic Los Angeles, populated by authentic beings as well as lab-created humanoids called ''replicants'' and synthetic pets. Screenplay copyrighted by Brighton Productions is dated 22 December 1980 and runs 140pp. Bound with brads between light blue paper covers. ''Blade Runner'' is written on the spine in felt tip. Accompanied by the promo kit from the 2007 release of the digitally remastered film. Kit contains a folder with 8 cards bearing various storyboard frames from the stylish neo-noir production on one side and movie stills to versos. Also with a transparent sheet printed with a message and facsimile signature from Ridley Scott, the film's acclaimed director. Message reads in part, ''Blade Runner: The Final Cut is the product of a process that began in early 2000 and continued off and on through seven years of intense research and meticulous restoration, technical challenges, amazing discoveries and new possibilities. The film's 35mm footage was scanned at 4k resolution off the original negative, while its groundbreaking visual effects were scanned at 8k resolution off pristine 65mm elements, all resulting in a stunning visual experience the likes of which have not been seen since the film's 1982 release...'' Script measures 8.5'' x 11''. Creasing to front cover along spine. Near fine. Promo kit is missing the DVDs.
