This millefiori paperweight represents an artistic heritage!

This paperweight, from the late 19th to early 20th century, is in what is called a "scrambled" millefiori design. It is typically Italian in design. (This and other millefiori designs can be seen in the online listing for The Morton D. Barker Paperweight Collection at the Illinois State Museum.)

This stunning paperweight has a 2 1/2 high and 3-inch wide dome and a 1 1/4-inch base. It is in near mint condition!
