On this trip, a charter air flight will take you to into a truly wild and spectacular area of BC. Scoop Lake Outfitters’ territory is an incredible 2.5 million acres and includes 5 main camps and 16 satellite camps. There are few roads here and camp can only be accessed via plane. Darwin Cary is a second generation outfitter, and his wife Wendy has been in the area for over 30 years—they provide excellent customer service and know their guide area well. Accommodations and meals are included in this 5-day trip. You will have the opportunity to fish for northern pike and ride any one of Scoop Lake Outfitters’ 96 horses! You can bring your kids along for a nominal fee. Guests have the opportunity to fly out to other lakes to fish for rainbow trout, lake trout, bull trout, dolly vardin and arctic grayling for an additional fee.

A PREAUTHORIZATION OF 50% OF THE VALUE OF THE ONLINE BIDDERS SELECTED ITEM(S) WILL BE REQUIRED AND HELD ON THE ONLINE BIDDERS SUBMITTED CREDIT CARD UNTIL THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.
ONLINE BIDDERS AUTHORIZE GOABC TO CHARGE THEIR LISTED CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY ONLINE BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until GOABC's bank confirms full payment has been received. All sales are final.

Unless otherwise specified, the outfitter will be responsible for the care of the preliminary trophy preparation, salting and transportation of trophies and meat to the departure point, at no additional cost. Departure point is noted in each donation profile.
The successful auction bidder will be responsible for all transportation costs and crating for the departure point to their home or taxidermist. Licenses, tags and other fees are at the expense of the successful bidder. Upon receipt of certified funds, the outfitter will acquire licenses and tags prior to the hunt.
In the hunt listings, you will see the from time to time the letters “TBA” which means “to be arranged” with the guide outfitter. Successful bidders will be required to sign an insurance liability waiver form prior to taking their hunt or other wilderness trip. All trips must be taken within the time specified. Any changes are at the sole discretion of the guide outfitter making the donation. All trips are for one person unless otherwise specified.
GOABC reserves the right to alter, delete or modify any of the items described in this profile. Final descriptions and lists of items will be available prior to the auction. Pictures shown depict the outfitters game where ever possible.
GOABC does not act as an agent for, or represent, either the buyer or seller but merely provides an environment for binding together the buyer and seller for the purpose of sales transactions.
GOABC reserves the right of refusal on any trip that does not meet 50% of the market value.
