<B>Science Comics #1 Mile High pedigree (Fox, 1940) Condition: GD.</B></I> A detached front cover and centerfold led to the modest grade here, but look at what else is available: only six copies have been certified by CGC, none better than FN+. Is there another copy that better showcases the Lou Fine cover art? We doubt it! That bondage/hypodermic needle cover is a classic. Of the interior characters, the most notable is the Eagle, who was just the second winged hero in comics after Hawkman.
