Schutzen percussion half stocked rifle, .40 cal., 30” barrel marked “P.H. Klein, N.Y.”, brown finish, double set triggers, Schutzen butt plate, checkered wood stock,#NVSN. This antique gun is in overall very goodcondition showing an even brown patina on metal surfaces, dark bore, crisp action with double set triggers working at time of description, very good stock with scattered mars from storage and interesting oldinscription into the wood on the left side of the butt stock “Carved by Buckskin Joe with General Fremont”; no other information available on this gun or the inscription. Est.: $1,250-$2,500.

Little John's will send all purchases to our shipper "Mammoth Products Inc." for shipment. Buyer agrees to pay all material, handling, packaging, insurance and shipping costs. International Buyers agree to have their items sent to an exporter and agree to pay all cost incurred in their shipments including shipment to the exporter, shipment to their country, all duty and custom fees. We ship Federal Express, we can not ship to PO Boxes. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence.
