Schneider Glass Company was founded in 1914 at Epinay-Surseine, France.
They made many types of art glass some of which sandwiched designed between layers. Other decorative devices were applique' and carved work. These were marketed under Charder or Schneider. During the 1920's commercial artware was produced with Art Deco types motifs cut into the glass by acid through two or three layers. These were called Le Verre Francais'and not signed but they are authentic pieces. <p>15 1/2" high Base is 5" diameter Vase is 3 1/2" wide<p>Ornate bronze base.<p>It is in great condition as there are no chips or cracks there is a few very small light surface scuff type markes.<p>These vases sell at auction from $2000-$3500 <p>Shipping and insurance are determined after checkout. <p>
