1p, 4.5" x 8.5", Cheyenne, WY, 28 Aug. 1884. Frank Meanea began as a saddler's apprentice in the 1880s and made his reputation with uniquely styled saddles, holsters, and other leather products. The bill notes that the company is Successor to Gallatin & Co., with whom Meanea apprenticed. His tooling style had made his work collectible today.
