Scarce Winchester model 1873 saddle-ring carbine in .32-20 caliber, brown patina finish, wood stocks, showing restamped number “7802” on tang and lifter. The carbine shows a deep brown patina finish. The stocks arefair with some losses, dings, mars, etc. The barrel address is not visible, the model marking on tang is visible. Action is good, bore is fair to good, may clean, and has seen a lot of use. Correct bands, sight, smallparts are retained. Very few ’73 carbines were made in .32-20, and this one appears to have gone south of the border and was numbered there or when returned. Est: $1,500 - $3,000
