Introduced by Winchester in 1931 the Model 21 was one of the company's finest efforts with regard to quality, reliability and strength. The model was introduced as a production line gun and moved to the custom shop in 1960 but it was in fact, a hand-built custom-made shotgun from the beginning. This Tournament Skeet Grade shotgun was manufactured from 1936 to 1959 and features an ivory bead front sight with the mid bead absent, on a concave matte rib barrel with 2-3/4 inch chambers and choked WS1 / WS2 with ejectors. The left barrel is marked "WINCHESTER - 12 GAUGE." on the left side at the breech end and the Winchester address, model number and patent numbers on the water table. The bottom of the receiver is marked "TOURNAMENT / SKEET". Single trigger with selector button, tang mounted safety and mounted with fancy checkered beaver tail forearm and straight grip stock with a solid red Winchester recoil pad. Length of pull is 13 5/8".

Condition: Professionally restored to near mint. The shotgun retains 99% factory quality blue finish with only the slightest muzzle wear and handling marks. The wood is also near mint virtually all of the finish remaining and showing light handling marks with sharp checkering. An "S" is branded into the right rear of the buttstock. Mechanically excellent.
