Manufactured in limited quantities for the Luftwaffe, (about 4,500), this Krieghoff, P.08 pistol features an "S-Code" date on the chamber, with the early B-2 variation marked toggle that has only the "H & K" marked on each side of the Krieghoff Anchor with only the word "SUHL", marked below that. The "S-Code" over the chamber was the secret wartime code indicating manufacture in 1936. Full serial number on the front of the frame and the left side of the barrel extension and the partial serial number, "24" on the inside of the side plate and underside of the toggle. The underside of the barrel is marked only with the bore and the early Eagle "Eagle/2" acceptance proof. The safety and extractor are marked "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" respectively. There are three droop eagle proofmarks on the right of the barrel extension and one on the left side of the breechblock and one on the right side rail. Blue finish with straw colored small parts, stock lug on the backstrap, blue, plated magazine with aluminum bottom numbered to the gun and marked with a droop eagle "2" proof and fitted with brown checkered plastic grips.

Condition: Excellent with 95% original finish with wear and thinning on the barrel, high edge wear and thinning on the backstrap. The grips are excellent with a few minor dings and sharp checkering. The markings remain crisp and clear. The mechanics are excellent.
