Good. The barrel and magazine have a smooth brown patina with a small amount of minor pitting on the left rear of the magazine. The receiver has a smooth mottled silver gray patina and the lever and buttplate have a smooth grayish patina. The wood is fair with an area on the lower right side of the stock and upper left rear of the forearm that are kind of chewed up looking, about half of the finish remains and overall there are minor to moderate chips, dents and dings. The stock is a bit loose, but solid. The markings are clear. The action is excellent.
