These were all built on a tubular receiver with a fixed barrel/breechblock assembly. Hooded blade front sight clamped to the barrel, which is marked "45 AU" on the right side ahead of the receiver. Protected adjustable peep rear sight, the base of which doubles as a dovetail claw mount for sights. Marked "INGRAM/ DURANGO/ L.A. CA." on the chamber, with a checkered cocking knob, combination extractor and chamber indicator, crossbar safety, and an external magazine housing configured for U.S. 1911 magazines. Smooth straight grip stock with a smooth butt. Included is a "RIA" marked magazine and documentation related to the Durango Carbine, Ranchero Rifle, and other Ingram arms.
