Good. The revolver has a smooth brown patina with some minor spotting (mostly on the cylinder). The brass is fine. The grips are good with some chips on the bottom edge (mostly left panel) and some minor dings and scratches, along with a gash and a large aged dent on the left panel. Mechanically fine.
