Excellent. The revolver and extra barrel retain approximately 98% plus of the original nickel-plated and casehardened finish. The nickel finish has some scuff marks and scattered handling wear but no flaking. The hammer and trigger have vivid case colors. The markings on the revolver fame and both barrels are crisp. Both bores are bright. The grips are in excellent condition. The carton is in very fine condition. The lid has some minor wear on the corners and the brown cover is lifting slightly on the edges. Both end labels have some minor flaking on the edges but remain in good overall condition. The carton interior is in fine condition. This is an excellent example of a scarce seven-shot, pocket model Merwin & Hulbert DA revolver with original extra barrel and factory carton.
