Scarce Mauser Banner Luger Pistol with Austrian Army (BH) Markings and Matching Magazine
Made by Mauser on contract circa 1940-1941 for use by the Austrian Bundesheer. Fixed sights, with a blank chamber, Mauser banner on the toggle link and an "eagle/ N" proof on the left side of the extension. A small Austrian eagle next to "BH" is stamped on the left side of the frame below the latch, with a properly unmarked barrel and matching numbers on the extension, frame, latch, side plate, trigger, toggles and breechblock. Finish is full-blue, with checkered grips and a blue finished magazine with matching serialized (2201) aluminum base.

Excellent, showing 95% plus of the blue finish, with bright edge wear, scattered handling marks and scratches. Grips are excellent, with some mild dents. Mechanically excellent.
